Bonfire night and firework displays in Northampton 2023

Bonfire night is a great excuse to wrap up warm and enjoy cosy fires, roasted marshmallows, sparklers and fireworks. The evening has always been a popular celebration across Northamptonshire, and luckily for us, there are plenty of events on across the county.

Whether you’re looking for a place to take the kids or you just want a night out watching fireworks, these places have got you covered.

The Racecourse

Mark your calendars for the town council’s annual Fireworks Spectacular on Sunday 5th November at the Racecourse. Entry is free and there will be fun for all the family. Duston Mill

Experience a cinematic explosion of fireworks at Duston Mill in Sixfields on Saturday 4th November. The display, curated by Gala Fireworks—recently crowned champions of the Belvoir Castle Firework Champions Event 2023—promises an unforgettable evening. Wicksteed Park

Join the yearly spectacle at Wicksteed Park on Saturday 4th November from 4 pm to 9 pm. Delight in thrilling entertainment, dazzling fireworks, and non-stop fun for the whole family. Wootton Firework Display

Join the annual event hosted by Wootton Parish Council at Wootton Community Centre on Saturday 4th November. Gates open at 4pm and you can enjoy fairground rides, food vendors, and one spectacular firework show.

Great Houghton Bonfire Night

Daventry Fireworks

The town council’s annual event unfolds on Saturday 4th, at The Parker E-ACT Academy. Gates swing open at 6 pm, with fireworks illuminating the sky at 7:30 pm. Savour a variety of food stalls, along with a soundtrack “spanning the decades.” This free event promises an evening of culinary delights and a visual feast.

Santa Pod

Witness Santa Pod’s biggest fireworks display on Friday 3rd November at the raceway. Gates open at 5 pm, and the fireworks commence at 7:30 pm. Immerse yourself in inflatables, go-karts, a fun fair, and more. You’ll need to pre-book your tickets online – find out more here.

Billing Aquadrome Fireworks Display
