From Naples to Northampton

If you haven’t already heard, Naples has come to Northampton in the form of new Pala Restaurant. The teams behind Saints Coffee and Santina’s Wood Fired Pizza Co have joined forces to bring us the artistry of wood-fired pizzas in a cosy new setting.

The dynamic duo’s saw an opportunity to combine their expertise and create something exceptional. United by a love for quality ingredients, innovative dishes, and a commitment to community, Pala Restaurant was born.

We spoke to Nicola and Ben – the team behind Saints Coffee – to find out how the restaurant has been received so far.

Nicola shared: “The reception we’ve had so far from customers has been nothing short of incredible. Since opening we’ve been blown away by the support from the community as well as local businesses.

“Our team has poured their heart and soul into Pala, and the response has been a testament to their dedication. We completely refurbed the restaurant to make it how we envisioned it, it took a lot of hard work but we’re so pleased with how it turned out. And customers seem to love it too!”

On the menu you can expect to see a range of wood-fired pizza’s, cicchetti and bruschetta, a selection of unique desserts, and a range of cocktails that will not disappoint. At the heart of the menu lies the wood-fired pizzas, each crafted with precision and topped with the finest ingredients that pay homage to the flavours of Naples.

Ben, added: “We’re really excited to see where Pala goes next. We recently announced that we’re now on all the delivery apps, so people can enjoy our food without having to even leave their home.

“We will also be opening a room upstairs for private bookings and events – the Christmas party bookings have already started to fly in!”

The décor at Pala is also as impressive as the food – it has a truly welcoming vibe and feels like you’re in the heart of Naples. A huge well done to everyone who has been involved in bringing this unique restaurant to Northampton. It truly is one of a kind run by people who do so much to support the local community.
