NLive Radio celebrates more local radio for Northampton

Posted 22nd September 2023

NLive Radio marks 3 months of its show, Undiscovered Northampton. The station adds more local programs, affirming its role as Northampton’s go-to local station.

Launched in May, Undiscovered Northampton airs weekdays from 10am to 1pm. Host Paul Brennecke has talked to over 200 local figures. This includes charities, art groups, and local businesses.

Paul Brennecke said, “I love meeting new people in our town. The show is a chance for locals to share stories and for big acts visiting Northampton to feature.”

The show engages the entire town, allowing residents to share their experiences.

Paul added, “I’m passionate about connecting locals and sharing stories. I look forward to the show’s future.”

Last week, the station also launched a new Sports Show. Airing Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm, it’s hosted by University of Northampton sports journalism students. The show highlights niche and grassroots sports clubs.

Sports editor Will Oelrich said, “We’re bringing sports back to NLive Radio. Our debut last Thursday was a success, and I’m excited for the year ahead.”
